Easing back from the COVID 15

As people get vaccinated, they are going to want to undo the impact of inactivity and diet during the Pandemic. This American Psychological Association study suggests more than 40 percent of individuals had undesirable weight changes during the pandemic. Those individuals saw median weight gain of 15 pounds and an average weight gain of 29 pounds.
